If you're like me, you find weekends as stressful as the weeks. My week doesn't end until Saturday night, and then I have exactly 24 hours before I have to be back to the grindstone. That doesn't leave much time for cutting loose, letting go, deep breathing, long running, whatever it is weekends are really for. So you gotta get good at packing a whole weekend's worth of activities into 23 and a half hours (leaving half an hour for recovery).
