Saturday was a very long day, involving about one hundred students and their parents, costumes flying, curtseys performing. A birthday party. Sixteen place settings hand-washed. And nearly 12 hours of work without a break (I ate my lunch in the bathroom, I'm ashamed to say). But, the last hour of the day, I had the studio to myself. I had brought my speakers from home specifically to play my "after-Saturday's-work" playlist, which included some princess-and-fairy-cancelling tracks such as "Bottlez" and "Look at Her Go" by T-Pain. I love the magic of the work-day, but the end of every week really needs a little T-Pain in celebration...
