End-less Summer

I know it's only August 10th, but I can feel the cool chill of Autumn creeping up on us. Do you feel it too? *ooooooooo* (That was a wintery whistle blowing on your neck). As with life and all it's incredible weirdness, my summer plans so far haven't turned out as they were planned. As you already know, these major life events did happen: 1) I quit my job; 2) Went to the Catskills with B; 3) Attended (but didn't plan) a family reunion. As you may not know, these major life events did not occur: 1) Major family vacation to visit family; 2) Irish peoples reunion at the beach. The other bucket list events are still up in the air. I've been sad about it, but not seriously upset. Such is life, and this summer has still been a lovely adventure.

There is still lots of time though. So I have some major news for you, my dear little corner of the internet. Firstly, in exactly one week one of my best friends is getting married, and it's definitely blowing my mind. I'm going to pick up my bridesmaid dress from the tailor this morning, and my fingers will be forever cramped from crossing them so hard. Secondly, the lovely ballerinas and I are still planning on heading down to the beach for a week of sun, sand, and shenanigans.

And last but certainly not least, I am [insert a billion conflicting emotional adverbs here] to announce that SEDiva Abroad is heading across the pond once again. Flight's booked, house rented, and I'm moving back to Ireland for a while! Stay tuned!
